Dr. Jeffrey D. Clark is a Board of Trustees Member of the Area Coalition for Education – Excellence (ACE-E). Dr. Clark is an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) trailblazer and spearheads Redpoint AI’s visionary journey. As the driving force behind the company’s ascendancy, Dr. Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer, charting a course towards unparalleled AI/ML excellence. Dr. Clark’s leadership transcends traditional boundaries, encompassing strategic growth, innovative leadership, and market expansion. Dr. Clark holds a BS, MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Dr. Jeff Clark leads his company, Redpoint AI, with over 15 years experience in the AI/ML field and over 27 years experience leading/managing teams, collaborating and working with people, teams, and organizations. Dr. Clark keeps Redpoint AI on top of the AI/ML technological state-of-the-art with his relentless dedication to the cutting edge of AI/ML R&D research. Redpoint AI’s R&D efforts in novel 3rd generation neural networks is paving the way of advanced, on the edge low size weight and power (SWaP), platform processing by reducing detection, and tracking latency by greater than 77%, as well as increasing accuracy over 50%.
Before Dr. Jeffrey Clark’s tenure at Redpoint AI, Dr. Clark held the position of AI Director for a 500+ person not-for-profit company, subject matter expert, AI/ML practitioner, and as a professor. Jeff is a retired veteran from the U.S. Air Force, where notably, he managed classified programs, held TS/SCI clearances, led low observable and system effectiveness efforts for the F-22. Jeff served as a fighter pilot and instructor pilot for the F-16 and T-38 aircraft. Dr. Clark’s exceptional contributions have been recognized with honors and awards, including the United States Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Foundation 2019 Industry Achievement Award, Distinguished Graduate titles in all pilot training programs, and numerous military medals including the Air Medal.
Dr. Jeff Clark has a proven track record of excellence, through his countless articles, papers, patents, and his ability to apply AI/ML to real world applications. Dr. Clark is recognized for supporting the USAF in collaboration with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), leading extensive efforts to integrate AI/ML into mainstream GEOINT data processing, improving big data analytical efficiencies and predictive intelligence. Thus ensuring the nation is at the forefront of understanding threats to U.S. air and space operations. Dr. Clark also serves as a Board member for EEMG, a 64-year-old non-profit professional association to provide networking and business opportunities for local businesses.
