Roles & Work Groups
Board of Trustees (BOT)
- Provides and reviews vision, mission, and goals
- Connects and coordinates Work Groups; grows and approves of appropriate budgets
Events Work Group (EWG)
- Plans and implements events to support the Work Groups and the Board of Trustees
- Sustains, recruits, and develops ACE-E organizational leadership with teambuilding collaborative events
Mentoring Work Group (MWG)
- Recruits, trains, implements, evaluates, and sustains the volunteer mentors from employers, communities, government, and military sectors in collaboration with publicly supported schools and their students
Post High School Work Group (PHSWG)
- Implements a Junior Tech Fellowship Program and world-class career mentoring initiative(s)
- Coordinates ACE PILOTS and computer related technologies used by students, parents /guardians /caregivers, teachers, administrators, and mentors for development of technological job skills and lifelong careers
Strategic Charter Work Group (SCWG)
- Identifies opportunities, needs, and resources; develops budget plans; recruits ACE-E members
- Tracks, measures, and publicizes successes
